Digitalised Asset Tagging and Management System
Duration: July 2025 to November 2025
My team designed a digital asset tagging and management system for IDC Bangladesh, to replace scattered and manual asset records.
- •Led communication with the client and gathered requirements across departments
- •Turned early discussions into clear functional requirements and business rules
- •Mapped AS-IS and TO-BE processes in BPMN 2.0
- •Designed the data model and entity-relationship diagram
- •Built a prototype in Figma and tested it with end users
- •Wrote the final business analysis report and presented findings to the client
The final handover included process documentation, workflow models and system requirements, giving the client a clear base for building the system.
Digitalised Curriculum Mapping System
Duration: February 2025 to May 2025
My team analysed the curriculum approval process in ECU's School of Business and Law and designed a digital system to replace the manual SharePoint workflow.
- •Interviewed academic and administrative stakeholders to map the current process
- •Identified bottlenecks and gaps in the approval workflow
- •Modelled the future-state process in BPMN 2.0
- •Wrote functional requirements and a business case for the replacement system
- •Built a prototype and presented recommendations to the School
