I am a Perth-based HR and business systems professional with over five years of experience in HR operations and HRIS, and a Master of Management Information Systems from Edith Cowan University.
I started out in generalist HR in Bangladesh, working with large operational workforces in manufacturing and FMCG distribution. Along the way I noticed that most of the problems teams struggled with had little to do with motivation. They came from unclear processes, systems that did not talk to each other, and decisions made without the right data. That is what pulled me towards the systems side of HR.

I am currently completing my Master of Management Information Systems at ECU, with a focus on enterprise systems and business process improvement. I am looking for a role where I can apply both sides of my background.
Outside work, I am a keen photographer and have been involved in university photography clubs and events.
